Stress on​ the​ job is​ a​ part of​ the​ rat race. Trying to​ problem-solve,​ working in​ large groups in​ open spaces,​ and sound levels: the​ list of​ demands on​ us is​ endless. Chronic stress is​ a​ problem often dealt with my treating the​ symptoms. a​ sufferer may be treated with anti-depression pills for their depression and placed on​ a​ diet for their weight gain. Hypnosis gets to​ the​ root of​ the​ problem and can eliminate the​ symptoms in​ many cases.

Using hypnosis in​ the​ workplace can minimize the​ amount of​ chronic stress while allowing eustress to​ remain a​ useful workplace tool.
